Email Account Updates

If you have already been given your Email Admin Username and Password, you can log into your Admin Console through https://admin.epagecitymail.com/ to make changes to your email account.

Otherwise, please fill out the following form to request Account Changes, or if you need to Upgrade your Account.

Account Changes

Please select from the following options. When listing multiple email addresses, please separate addresses by commas or semicolons.

Add Mailboxes

You will need to sign into your Email Admin Console to set a default password for each new mailbox. We recommend that you change this password when you first log into the account.

Delete Mailboxes

If the email for a deleted mailbox should be Forwarded to another account, please list that account as well in the following format: “old.account@mydomain.com forwards to another.account@anydomain.com” PLEASE NOTE: Any email that is stored in webmail will be deleted when the mailbox is removed. Be sure to check the mailbox online at http://mail.mydomain.com, before requesting deletion.

Reset Lost Password

If you would like to change the password for a mailbox and know what the current password is, please change this setting through your account at http://mail.mydomain.com. If you have lost a password and need it reset, please enter the email address below and we will reset your account to a default password. We recommend that you change this password when you first log into the account.

Add New Email Forwarding Rule (Alias)

An email forward, or ‘Alias’, is a rule that forwards all email sent to a certain ‘Alias’ at your domain to a real email address. The Alias can go to any email address, on your ePageCity domain or an outside/personal address. Please list Aliases in the following format: “alias@mydomain.com forwards to another.account@anydomain.com”

Admin Console Access

We now have an Admin Console available for your Primary Authorized Contact to make changes to your email addresses, aliases, group lists and spam filtering preferences. Only the Primary Authorized Contact will be issued access to the Admin Console. If you would like to have your Admin Console account established, please check the box below and your admin username and password will be delivered to you via email. Login information will only be transmitted to the Primary Authorized Contact.
